Hello this is pavan narrating my days as usually,

In recent past I was quite busy so I didn't made posts . I am done with my Internals and Oracle Certification Exams and I got 80 in Basic SQl and 86 in Advanced PL/SQL . This both certification exams and Internals
made me busy for almost 10 days of time after February 1st I took some leisure time around 2 days and started working on my new blog http://technophileshub.com , Earlier I used Bcute Template and then tried different templates like Oracle and finally settled with Prozine V1 and made some posts and as well as video tutorials on how to create a sample website. This took me around 5 days of work as of now and I am still continuing my efforts to develop the pages for it but presently I am busy in presenting Technical seminar topic tomorrow and I was in party mood of week end so I may post pone it to monday and should continue both my project on Web Usage Mining and this technophileshub and I was little worried about traffic in my blogs but I never wanted to go in sideways , I dont even like to get traffic from facebook but it became a trend to append facebook gadgets and twitter links to a blog so I should even follow .
There is plenty more action remaining its just a beginning of a naive blogger into technical arena . I am putting my best of efforts to know the facts in technology and present them to users in my way.

Remembering Varma

 I don't remember exactly if it was late September or early October's that I first met Varma. He was very cool and seemingly smart person. I was recently hired and got to shadow under a person called Srinivas but I spent pretty much all my time along with Varma learning few things here and there for about 7 months after when I had to change projects. Although we met on multiple occasions at tea discussing about various topics not until 2020 March, when I first spoke with him about the opportunity that I found in Walmart and I needed help.  He was so helpful that I landed up with the Job without any difficulty. Every thing is about , How you feel or How you take it into your consideration , The changes I've made myself is effecting in positive manner and negative manner but its still a tough job on my part to hold on to my choices that i have made and Now I see wrong in entire world .
