Gravitational wave saga

I didn't want to put my thoughts on facebook and I don't know where else to write than on blog after hearing the recent LIGO anouncement of Gravitational waves. One thing that scientists said 2 years back after analyzing the polarization of light from earliest days of universe matching their expectation that how it would be based on gravitational wave theory. It was implicitly or scientifically understood that Gravitational waves exist. I don't find the recent news surprising and I don't see how it would help us to understand the early days of universe with this news. As I see it from a common point of view, scientists take opportunity to provide hundred theories based on theory and gravitational wave theory existed more than a 100 years. With this in mind, I don't see anything new would be coming out based on this news but I think scientists have one less things to worry about and Big Bang gets an additional point for proving itself one more time. I think Being Normal means that there is nothing to Cheer.

Just another day at office as usual, except that it started very early at 9:00 AM, which actually used to be my normal wake up time otherwise. It is because of the training that I committed to deliver and it ends with today. Nothing is new but everything changed over time. These days I feel the stress on my eyes which gets blood red because of the amount of time I keep working on computer. Although there is no harm because of eyes getting red, it is an indicator that anything in excess is not good. So these days I am deliberately putting efforts to reduce the time that I spend on PC. However, my job demands me to look into PC at the least for 7 hours. There are some action items from my end such as buying Anti glare glasses, Washing Eyes with Cold water time to time and taking liquids at constant intervals. Although this is not a problem but I feel bad for the life of an IT guy. As these are very common problems across IT. Yesterday, I have given my bike for servicing after a ver
