Its been a long time since from my previous posts there are many more things happened in the mean time of one month ,
First and Foremost thing I will remember through out my life is , I got Placed in Deloitte on 1st of October , 2010
I should say about that day as it is remembered by me through out my life
It was a busy week i had , right from 25th of October when i was informed about the company visit for our campus , initially it is expected that the date might be october 4th but soon we came to know that freshers are expected to come to college that day and october 3rd was a sundady and 2nd is Gandhi Jayanthi , we thought that it might visit after 4th but surprisingly it was on 1st and then
I've done nothing special to get placed but what i had done is significant enough to be selected :)
I didn't go to college for 3 days and I was in my room and what i have done is nothing but I think that i may worked just one or 2 hours a day by browsing internet watching some websites and some previous question papers of deloitte and I stored wikipedia page of deloitte in my phone and the day before placement was a good day just felt boring in room and went to ramesh's room to pass the time and we had a cup of tea which is at corner of road during which my moms call came about bringing formals and they said that they both mom and father were coming tonight bus and in the mean while ramesh shouted like anything saying that i will be selected ofcourse he shouted casually teasing and my mom said that if i will be selected as your word then they shall give party of your wish and then as usually passing time we came to our room then which we prepared for some time in preparing and later went to pradeeps room where as usually i said that i am going to be selected in deloitte tommorrow where srinivas (PAA) ridiculed me saying that it was my over confidence however it is proved to be wrong later and then we went to photo studio for photographs and left ramesh in his room and i returned to home ,
Day Placed in Deloitte :
Morning Mom and Father were in House and then had my bath and weared the formal dress which they bought then I and Laxman started to college and was in college there i remembered that i had forgotten to bring the photographs so i returned college hurriedly asking my mom to keep ready the photographs through phone and then i picked and returned college again.
Round 1 : APTITUDE
As I have prepared some of deloitte previous question papers it added an advantage of 5-10 marks in aptitude which helped me to qualify the first round and total of 67 people qualified aptitude and entered into second round , along with me some notified names are Pavan(EEE), Yadagiri , sagar , rakesh E , avinash , Ilaya , Swetha , Lema Sri , Sowjanya , chaitanya bellam qualified in aptitude and unfortunately Jitendra was out in first round which hurt his feelings to extent of dropping tears.
Round 2 : VERSANT
As I am an Hollywood Movie freak I can understand the foreign accent very well and I can speak in simple english which helped me in clearing this round. It was one of the tiring round to be attained it took around 5 hours for all of us to finish . where we should handle a phone call from an automated computer which assesses our vocabulary and gives rating . Because of my intrest in english films this round was a cake walk for me and i thought i can clear it easily but once i attended the call it was a little more standard than i expected and i was worried before results came and i am happy once i am informed that i qualified.
Round 3 : CASE REVIEW
I Remember no one are from our branch and i am in between EEE people to attend in this round I dont remember all names in this group but in total 6

Sindhuri(EEE)
Rohitha (ECE)
are three members and i forgot the other 2 names
and i was in a bit nervous initially but i encouraged myself that i should do this and started introducing to them myself .
We got the topic
How to Increase the sales and profit of mercedes benz where it sales are decreased so and so percentage in last two years and it is expecting to increase service centres and providing second hand cars support or not
we made a rough sketch of our plans in case review sheet and explained it , i remember that some of our members went off road saying about go green but they were selected and the other gal i dont remember her name said good and was rejected but anyways before announcing this result i said to my friends that i would easily clear this round and started preparing for interview
the advantage i had in this round is that since my father is a mechanic i had experience in automobile industry related issues so it helped me to clear this round.
here there is some thing to say
i , rakesh , swetha , ilaya had chit chat about some concepts that they might be asking and it was my first personal talk with ilaya surya this is something notified because i am in 4th year of b.tech and I didn't speak with all the girls .
Round 4 : PERSONAL INTERVIEW AND TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
I entered interview room asking "may i come in" and I am shocked the interviewers standing and stretched their hand for shaking and i was completely stucked and i remember the lady interviewer name as leena and i forgot to say my name while shaking hands and was reminded by them and i thought i made a mistake and should cover up as soon as possible and once i felt comfortable and the game was completely back to my hands
they asked questions like
what is difference between jsp's and servlets
what are all the subjects you have learned in this 4 years
what is bygroup
what are your hobbies ?
here i got control when i said that browsing internet , blogging and earning money in internet .
where he asked about how many blogs ?
I said 5.
he shocked
and he asked on what category your blogs will be
I said that earning in internet is my passtime hobby and i am satisfied with my little earnings which will be helpful to pay my internet bills
he impressed and asked
how much you will earn
i said around 1000
he asked for a day or what ?
i said no, sir for a month
he said that if it is for day you dont need a job in deloitte
I said no sir its my pass time hobby
and then he continued asking
why deloitte ?
I said it was my dream sir , i cant express my feelings about my intrest in deloitte
where would you want to be in next 5 years?
and finally
any doubts ?
I asked about the hiring numbers which i say james quigley interview past day in youtube and he replied something blah blah but i made a note on him that he is intrested in deloitte
and once i am out i was such confident that
I said to all of my friends that i am selected and all my friends got numb on saying this and infact they just wondered and completely impressed about my confidence levels and mean while i teased warshini saying that keep safe i am coming to your company you may loose your position and even she is impressed about my confidence (i guess)
and then result announce time
first 7 members , my name didn't come up , waiting eagerly
then 8th name it was mine and i am happy and returned back congratulated back by some of our friends .
I missed out some incidents in story
like bhargav , veeresh , kashyap calling me up in between interview and Case review about my progress and some other things :)
that was my day and i got selected and i returned to home @ 90 KMPH chasing manoj's car :)
my parents were so happy and called up relatives saying my success :)
this was that day and i am tired narrating story i will write remaining days other day
